CareerViQ provides digital products and services including resume templates, resume builder tools, and interview preparation resources. All products are delivered electronically.

Digital Products

All purchases on CareerViQ are for digital products. Once access is granted, the product is considered delivered.

No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once the purchase is completed and access has been provided.

Exceptions

Duplicate payment due to a technical error
Payment deducted but access not granted due to system failure

Requests must be raised within 48 hours of the transaction. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
